Five Things You Can Do

1. Sign the Petition
Urge the Redwood City Council to reject Cargill’s new city in the Bay
. The Redwood City Council is encouraging Cargill’s development and ignoring over 150 elected officials who have asked them to stop this project to protect the Bay.  Make sure they know you oppose this development. Sign the petition now.

2. Spread the Word
Help spread the word by asking your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to sign our petition to stop Cargill. We’ve created a handy Tell-A-Friend tool to make this quick and easy. Just enter their emails and click send!

3. Speak Out
Write a letter to the editor of your local paper and your voice will be heard!  It is critical for the Redwood City Council, Cargill, and other decision-makers to know you oppose this bayfill project.  Click here for instructions on writing your letter.

4. Volunteer
How do regular folks take on and stop one of America’s largest private companies from paving San Francisco Bay? It takes all of us working together, contributing our time, energy, and ideas. We've done it before, we can do it again! Please sign up to volunteer for this campaign.

5. Donate
Cargill is spending millions upon millions of dollars to push a development that would forever destroy the opportunity to restore these salt ponds to healthy wetlands to benefit people and wildlife.  Please make a donation to help Save The Bay stop this massive development and continue our critical restoration work throughout the Bay. Make a donation today.
